Dale Carlton is a true native Texan, born in El Paso and raised in both San Antonio and Ft. Worth. He began his career in permanent physician recruitment in 1999, and has enjoyed much success in his 23-year career. Dale brings a strong focus on building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates alike. His areas of expertise include physician recruitment, consultative analysis, and contract negotiation.

In his free time you will find Dale on the lake or at the beach, and he enjoys anything to do with water. He also enjoys Cowboys football, daily gym visits, and spending time with family and friends.
